It’s Tuesday and as usual another gem hits the net courtesy of the search history of Sir Pall. This week is different however because Sir Pall McCartney is on vacation, so I asked my friend Ryan, guitarist for Division Day, to recommend something for this week’s installment.
It was no surprise he picked something fantastic that’s making its debut this week. The latest EP In the Shade of Dreams from The Sweet Hurt, (aka LA native Wendy Wang) with a sound that takes its place alongside any brilliant dream-pop collection from anywhere, but stands out among its neighbors as the best of its kind.
You can find her and her band sharing their songs with all who can fit inside one of my favourite L.A. venues: Pehrspace for the EP release show making the artspace the place to be this Saturday night.
