What happened, and where we’re going. Muxtape is relaunching as a service exclusively for bands.Where I’ve been for the last six months.
This is happening… pay ATTENTION. It’s unfair, lousy and pathetic. This is NOT the kind of world I’m helping to create. People out there, get your shit together. SO annoyed that anyone was treated this way in an industry that’s supposed to be about art, freedom, expression and sharing. It makes me sick that someone with a good idea, helping to level the playing field and give the power to the people to show what they like and how they like it, got railroaded and red-taped to his chair. He had to shut down his FREE EXPRESSION and find a way to work around the selfish “needs” of some fat-cat money-grubbing corporations who forgot that musicians and listeners are PEOPLE. I am ashamed to be associated with major record labels today. You’ve lost sight of everything and this is a new low, even for you.
